Production of PET regranulate

The last step of recyclation if regranulation, where the pure trash get to the regranulate, where we get regranulate in the amorphous form by treating it by temperature of 280 °C and the strain of 160 bar. This form of regranulate can be used as a material for the textile industry for fiber tow. The next step is crystallisation which is the part of polycondensation. At the temperature of 200 °C and strain of 0 bar gets the material his final form and requested quality. The PET we processed can be used in producing of final product for industrial and also for foodstaff. (For example packaging from PET film, producing preforms from which we are blowing new PET bottles or in textile industry for fiber towing.)
